Mike has been licensed in the real estate industry since 2008. His primary focus is representing clients in purchasing and marketing farm, ranch, and recreational real estate. Mike’s previous career in the financial services industry, providing investment, financial, and estate planning services, has proven to be extremely beneficial in assisting clients as they make informed decisions pertaining to their real estate investment portfolios.

Mike has represented and closed in excess of one hundred and fifty million dollars in real estate transactions throughout the tristate area (South Dakota, Wyoming, and Montana). He also achieved the coveted Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation through The REALTORS Land Institute (RLI). This designation requires the successful completion of a rigorous education program and a positive track record in sales. In addition, Mike has experience working with attorneys, CPAs, and trust officers, among other advisors, to successfully complete transactions.

Mike enjoys working with buyers and sellers and putting forth the utmost effort towards educating and discussing the various aspects of each and every property he represents. Mike and his wife, Susan, reside in Spearfish, South Dakota, where they raised two children and have been actively involved in the community, church and civic organizations.
